Alliance Technical Group acquires PACE Environmental
April 1, 2022 – Alliance Technical Group, LLC (“Alliance”), a company backed by investment funds managed by Morgan Stanley Capital Partners (“MSCP”), makes its second strategic acquisition in 2022 with the purchase of PACE Environmental (“PACE”). PACE, based in Whitehall, PA, provides stack testing and continuous emissions monitoring systems (“CEMS”) services throughout the northeastern United States.

Decatur, AL, March. 31, 2022 – The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized the amendments to the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) for Stationary Combustion Turbines. This final action removes the stay of the effectiveness of the standards for new lean premix and diffusion flame gas-fired turbines that were promulgated in 2004.

Alliance acquired Ace Environmental Consultants, LLC (“Ace”) and Interpoll Laboratories, Inc (“Interpoll”). Ace, based in Tempe, AZ, provides stack testing and environmental consulting services while Interpoll, located in the greater Minneapolis, MN region, provides both stack testing and analytical services to a wide range of customers in their respective geographies.

July 22th, 2021 – Alliance Technical Group, LLC (“Alliance”) completed its 13th add-on acquisition with the purchase Ambient Air Services, Inc. (“AASI”), located in Starke, FL. Ambient provides stack testing, ambient air monitoring, and CEMS installation and maintenance services to customers throughout the United States.
