December 8th, 2021 – Alliance Technical Group, LLC (“Alliance”), a Morgan Stanley Capital Partners (“MSCP”) backed company, has advanced their rapid growth trajectory by completing two new acquisitions during the past month. Alliance acquired Ace Environmental Consultants, LLC (“Ace”) and Interpoll Laboratories, Inc (“Interpoll”). Ace, based in Tempe, AZ, provides stack testing and environmental consulting services while Interpoll, located in the greater Minneapolis, MN region, provides both stack testing and analytical services to a wide range of customers in their respective geographies.
Acquiring Ace and Interpoll adds to Alliance’s leading national stack testing footprint and increases the talent, equipment and other resources available to best service the Alliance customer base. With over 800 employees and 31 offices located across the United States, Alliance is able to provide a host of value-added service offerings to their high quality and growing customer base.
